What started as a modest operation installing basic gate motors in 2008 has evolved into a comprehensive engineering firm. Today, we execute large-scale multilevel parking towers, industrial-grade shutter automation for logistics hubs, and bespoke car turntable systems for luxury residences with narrow driveways. Each project reflects the same founding commitment: precision engineering that works reliably in Kerala's demanding tropical climate.
Our founder, an experienced mechanical engineer who returned to Kerala after years of overseeing automation projects across the Middle East, identified a critical gap in the local market. Kerala — with its relentless monsoons, salty coastal air, and high humidity — needed automation hardware that could withstand these conditions long-term, backed by a local service team that actually showed up. Most imported systems failed within two monsoon seasons due to improper installation or lack of ongoing maintenance. Kerala Automations was built to solve exactly this problem.
