Our rolling shutter manufacturing division produces curtains, guide channels, bottom rails, and barrel assemblies in-house. This vertical integration gives us complete control over material quality, dimensional accuracy, and delivery timelines — advantages that third-party resellers simply cannot match.

We manufacture shutters for openings ranging from 2 metres (small retail shops) to 12+ metres (large warehouse and factory bays). Every shutter is custom-cut to the exact dimensions of your opening, ensuring zero light gaps and maximum security when closed.

Shutter Types We Manufacture

• Galvanized Steel Shutters: The workhorse of Kerala's retail and commercial sector. Hot-dip galvanized curtain slats resist monsoon corrosion for decades.
• Perforated Shutters: Micro-perforated slats allow air circulation and partial visibility while maintaining security. Popular for malls and showrooms.
• Polycarbonate Vision Shutters: Transparent sections integrated into the curtain for full display visibility even when closed — ideal for jewellery and electronics showrooms.
• Grill-Type Shutters: Open-link curtains providing security with full airflow and visibility. Common for parking entrances and market areas.
• Insulated Shutters: Double-walled foam-filled slats for cold storage, pharmaceutical warehouses, and climate-controlled facilities.

Material Specifications

We use ISI-marked galvanized steel coils (0.6mm to 1.2mm gauge) for curtain slats, with spring-balanced barrel assemblies manufactured from seamless steel tubes. Guide channels are fabricated from heavy-gauge angle iron with nylon inserts for smooth, silent curtain travel. Bottom rails feature rubber gaskets for water-tight sealing against Kerala's driving rains.

Every shutter is designed to be automation-ready — the barrel dimensions, spring tension, and guide rail clearances are pre-calculated to accept motorisation at any point in the future.
